Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of your order. However, we offer free international shipping on orders over €500.
How long will it take to receive my order?
International orders take 7-14 business days, including 48 hours for processing and 2-3 days for crafting. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order's progress.
What is your return policy?
Custom-Made Products: As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept refunds or exchanges once the item has been produced. Each piece is created with personal care and attention to ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will make sure to offer a solution for any issues caused during production.
Order Changes or Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for production. As such, we are unable to accept order changes or cancellations after submission.
Do you offer free returns?
As a small company, we currently cannot offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple pay.
What currencies do you accept for payment?
We only process payments in euros. However, you can pay with any card in any currency, and your card issuer will charge you at the most recent exchange rates
How can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.
